As more essential services are moving online, including banking, it’s important that everyone has the skills and confidence they need to get online safely and confidently.

After a successful pilot in the Bendigo community in 2022-23 and partnership during Get Online Week, Good Things Foundation will continue working with Bendigo Bank to close the digital divide

Together, they are funding and supporting community partners across Australia to provide digital skills support, build long-lasting relationships supporting customers who need an extra helping hand to get started online.

This grant is looking for community partners from our network to participate in this program by providing local digital skills support. They will be grant funded and supported by Good Things Foundation to get involved.

In Round 2 of this program, $3,000 grants will be awarded to deliver the program from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025. Organisations who would like to apply for this grant must:

  • Be a registered Network Partner within the Be Connected Network.
  • Have no outstanding acquittals from previous grant/s awarded by Good Things Foundation.
  • Be located in any of the geographic regions listed below or near a participating Bendigo Bank branch.
  • Be already delivering a digital skills training program to the community that you can extend to support adults aged 18 and above.
